We support toddlers who are learning to communicate with others and provide parent coaching on how to engage and support your child. Children with Autism/Autistic traits and ADHD can benefit from key people in their life understanding their their unique communication styles.
We also work with older children who have neurodivergent learning and communication styles to help them achieve self-identified goals while advocating for supportive and inclusive community settings. Collaborating with occupational therapists, psychologists, teachers, and community groups is central to our approach. Our accredited programs include: Hanen It Takes Two®, Hanen Target Word®, Hanen TalkAbility®, and DIR Floortime®.
Bright Start Behaviour Support offers flexible assistance for children in various settings, including: Individual and group therapy, education assessments, Allied Health Assistant programs, parent coaching, school and day care visits, and teacher or day care in-services.
Term 4 Wednesdays 3.30-4.15pm. This program is suited for Kindy and Year 2 students or their equivalents. We utilize a structured, systematic, and explicit approach to teaching early reading and writing skills.
